2023 Barnabas Empty Bowls Online Marketplace

Coming October 16th

Welcome to the 2023 Barnabas Empty Bowls Online Marketplace, where you can shop for some of this year's most beautifully hand-painted bowls. The bowls, which play a central role in Barnabas Center's annual Empty Bowls luncheon, have been lovingly created by hundreds of community volunteers.

The Marketplace also offers the work of talented local artists, including Stephen Heywood, Billie McCray, Michael Fay, Robin Bruck-Tanner, Sarah McCullough, Trevor Dunn, Barbara Koontz, Jacqueline Stouse and Lis Krawiecki.

If this is your first visit to the Marketplace or if you just need a refresher, these tips may be helpful:

To create your account, register as a bidder (see the link at the top, right-hand side of this page.)
You can then use the dropdown menu in the upper left to choose which items you want to view.
When you find an item you like, you can either place a bid, or choose the Buy Now option, allowing you to avoid the disappointment of being outbid!
You may pay for items as you go, or pay at the end of the auction. Although Bidding Owl uses PayPal to process payments, you do not need a PayPal account.
When the auction closes on November 29, you will receive an email notifying you as to which items you have won.
Purchases will be available for pickup at Barnabas Center, 1303 Jasmine Street, Fernandina Beach, FL, on December 6th and 7th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Shipping is not available.
New items are added on a regular basis, so be sure to check back often.

Purchase Tickets to the Luncheon

Book a Paint Party

Schedule a free paint party with your coworkers, family or friends at Amelia Makery and paint a bowl for the event. Your bowls will be auctioned or given to attendees and help make the event a success. If you’re interested, please contact Barb Decker at bdecker@barnabasnassau.org.

Become a Sponsor

Sign up to sponsor our luncheon and be positively associated with an impactful community event. Your name will be proudly displayed for recognition purposes. Sponsors are the key to raising funds that support our clients/patients all year long. While our tickets and seats are sold out, it is not too late to support the event.
