Welcome to the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Community Ashland, WI 2023 two week online Fall Festival Auction. 

Our Goal 

Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Community in Ashland, WI is having its annual Fall Festival from noon CST, September 17-October 1, 2023 at noon CST. This is a Catholic Order of Forester #2506 Matching Fund Event. We are working to raise funds to purchase STEM ( science, technology, engineering, math) materials. Some of the benefits of a STEM program include an increase in creativity, problem solving, collaboration, communication, and academic skills. We are hoping to raise $7,000 during this event. Thank you for joining in the fun! 

Favorite Auction Tips: 

1. Go to BiddingOwl.com/oll and choose Login/Register and follow the on screen instructions.

2. When interested in a particular item, click on it. You will then be able to enlarge it to get a better view of everything included, read statistics, etc. 

3. Look on the left hand side to view All the Items or choose a category of your special interest i.e. kitchen, tools, etc..

4. When viewing items donated by businesses, click on the link below the item and learn more about the business.

5. Try the BiddingOwl Option of deciding in advance how much you are willing to bid on a single item. When you are not the high bidder, bidding owl will automatically increase the bid by one dollar on your behalf until your bid is higher or until your predesignated maximum bid is met.

6. Bids must be made in no less than $1.00 increments! 

Back By Popular Demand: 

STUFF FATHER’S WALLET: Between now and the end of the event on October 1, 2023 we are asking people to fill Father’s Wallet with cash, gift cards, Chamber Dollars, or lottery tickets. The entire contents of the wallet will go to the highest bidder who will have the satisfaction of making the STEM materials for the students become a reality, the anticipation of discovering the monetary worth within the wallet, and the joy of spending the contents of the wallet, all while supporting Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Community and our local businesses. 

Donations gratefully accepted! 

Successful auction bidders may pick up their prizes in either of the two following ways: 

1. Silent auction winners can pick up their prize (s) in the North Entry of the church October 1, 2023 between 2:00-4:00 p.m. This is the preferred pick up time.  

2. Silent auction winners can pick up their prize(s) from the church office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.:by noon on October 3, 2022 @ 106 North 2nd Avenue East. Please call the parish office @ 715-685-1723 to arrange pick up. 

3. We will NOT ship any items.

HOW TO MAKE A DONATION 

There are four ways to make a donation: 

1) Mail Check To: Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Community,Attn: Fall Festival, 106 North 2nd Avenue East Ashland, WI 54806 

2). Bring check, cash, credit card to the parish office at:106 North 2nd Avenue East Ashland, WI 54806

3). Use the biddingowl.com/OLL online site to contribute using your credit card 

4) Make a donation via the church collection and mark it Fall Festival
