SGN is auctioning fun and unique items to raise money for our organization.
Every child needs to learn about the natural world through the experience of examining soil in their hands, noticing seasonal wind in their hair, and tuning in to the sounds of birds in their migratory flocks. Understanding the rhythms of nature doesn’t sink into our bones by reading about it in a book. Becoming a land steward happens when a relationship has been built between a place and a person. School Garden Network wants every child to have an opportunity to drink in this deep relationship by helping create living classrooms, or SchoolYard Habitats, on every campus. By creating habitats on school campuses we provide the opportunity to integrate profound educational experiences through meaningful and fun classes.
Join us on Earth Day, April 22nd from 5pm -6pm for our SPRING BLOOM virtual Zoom fundraiser!

The School Garden Network is on a mission to grow healthy students, families, schools and communities through garden-based education. Since it's inception in 2005, SGN has connected with over 120 schools in our community. We have given more than $260,000 to garden programs, trained and supported hundreds of teachers, and through this work connected with thousands of students.
Funding for non-profits is spread thin and SGN needs your help. Please join us as we enter a new phase of coalition building and fundraising to ensure that we can continue to provide equitable environmental and agricultural education to the community. We cannot do this alone. Together, we will usher in a new era of environmental stewardship for your youth!
