While the Fall Festival is being postponed to the rain date, the Trotter auction will still take place as scheduled on October 14, 2023. Bidding is still taking place on the website until 3:00PM sharp on Saturday, October 14th.
All winners will be notified via email shortly after 3:00PM, and they will be able to meet an Illuminate Goshen team member on the Village Green between 3:00PM and 4:30PM on Saturday 10/14 to coordinate payment and pick up. Payment is preferred to be processed online via the bidding website, but we will be accepting cash or check in person.
All winners must be available for pick up by 4:30PM on Saturday unless they make direct contact with a member of the Illuminate Goshen team. Our email address is email@example.com. Thank you!
All sales are final. All Trotters are auctioned off in ‘as-in’ condition. The final sale price of each trotter to be split 50/50 between Illuminate Goshen and the artist from Goshen Art League or if from a school, funds are donated to a charity organization of each school's choosing. Illuminate Goshen will use their portion of the sale to fund the 2024 Painted Trotter Program. Thank you for your support!
