Pre-Bid Auction:  
Our online auction runs until April 10th at midnight. Your last bid will be the opening bid at the silent auction so even if you do not attend, you could be a winner!

Check back often as items will be added as they are received. Some terrific items will only be available at the event, so be sure to attend!

Casual attire, boots recommended! Enjoy an open bar, a delicious gourmet dinner with dessert, festive entertainment, a wine pull and a silent auction. Optional brewery tours are also available.

Menu:                                                                                                  

Miso-Caesar Salad, Beer Brined Chicken Breasts with Leeks, BBQ Brisket with BBH BBQ Sauce, Herb Roasted Red Potatoes, Carmelized Sweet Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, Garlic Grilled Broccolini, and Hellfighter Tiramisu.


Tickets: 

Individual: Tickets are $65 in advance for 1 guest and includes a full gourmet meal with dessert, open bar and entertainment (at cocktail tables).

Brew Master (VIP): $100 and includes all of the above plus table seating, a brewery tour that includes a specialty beer and an etched Xavier beer mug (from Etch Houston).

Cheers Package: $750 Brew Master package for 8 people at an assigned table.

Space is limited. Tickets are available through this website (click on the admission ticket) or at the Xavier High School front desk.

Update: The admission ticket link only works on a computer, not on a mobile device. A computer entry is the prefered method. However, if you are using a mobile device, click the donate button instead and donate the total amount of your order and we will email you for the details. 

Raffle:  
Raffle tickets are available. You DO NOT have to be present to win. They are a great way to donate to our scholarship fund. The more you buy the more chances you have to win! 

First place winner gets a choice of one month’s tuition at Xavier Academy (for the 2016/17 school year) OR gets a bottle of Opus One 2012, a Bordeaux Red Blend by Robert Mondavi and Baron Philippe de Rothschild, donated by the Hood family, worth over $250!

Second place gets an amazingly soft creamy beige Alpaca Wool throw from Peru worth $169. Goes with any décor!

Third place celebrates with a Karbach beer basket that includes a chance for you to return with your friends for a prvate tour & tasting for 10 people.

Raffle tickets are $10 for 1, $100 for 11 and $250 for 30 tickets.

Wine Pull:  
Take a chance and you could win big. All pulls are winners because with every $20 chance you get a bottle of wine. But what bottle will you get? Among the pulls is a bottle of Opus One 2012 worth over $250 donated by the Hood family. You could also be the lucky winner of a $25 gift card from Cleburne Cafeteria mixed in with the bottles. Click on the admission ticket to pre-purchase your pull. Pulls are limited so get yours early.
