Via the artist: "This was simply a joyful piece to create. I printed hydrangea petals from my garden onto vellum and the result looked like playful bubbles to me. As far as I know, I'm the only artist eco printing on vellum."

With nature as her muse, Marj creates each piece of artwork with natural materials found on her excursions. Marj's artwork can be found in the art gallery at Artfully Framed.

Eco-printing is a technique where plants, leaves and flowers are steamed or boiled to extract their natural dye. Marj then arranges the plants onto fabric or paper to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
