This is for a small CSA box weekly, for 22 weeks.

CSA boxes contain at least : 2 bunches of greens, 2 bunches of roots, 2 containers of ‘fruiting’ veggies, and 2 bunches of herbs.

There are always extras to go in the box like dry beans, cut flowers, herb salts, hot sauce, and more varieties of veggies, with large boxes getting more of everything.

Our programme runs weekly from July until the end of November.

Group pick ups, on-farm pick ups, or delivery are available.

CSA STANDS FOR COMMUNITY SUPPORTED AGRICULTURE
Over a season (and into the next) we grow over 30 different kinds of greens, roots for all seasons, ‘fruiting’ veggies (beans, peas, edamame, zucchini, squashes, cucumbers, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers), herbs, pulses (dry beans), and flowers for cutting our products have heavy asian (Japanese) influences and acknowledge African-Caribbean food culture without a burdensome dependence upon plasticulture.

Additional Information

All payments from winning bidders will go directly to Polaris School and Centre Charity. There will be no refunds or exchanges.

To retrieve your winning items:

Items will be available for pick up at Polaris School and Centre, 1805 Gaspé Ave, Ottawa ON K1K 0A4 between 9am and 2pm on December 13, 14, and 15, 2023. If you can not retrieve your winning item at that time, please contact the office immediately following the auction at fundraising@polarisschool.ca.

For gift certificates, those that can will be emailed within 72hrs of the auction closing. If you did not receive an email, then your gift certificate is available for pick up at the office as per above.
