Founded by Philadelphia Magazine’s 2017 “Best Personal Trainer” Katie Gould, KG Strong is one of Philly’s only female-owned and powered strength training studios, offering top of the line private training, Kettlebell specific coaching, small group training and Yoga. With this prize, you get a week of unlimited visits to their four different small group classes: Kettelbell Foundations, Strength Endurance, Kettelbell Strength and Conditioning, and Intermediate/Advanced Ketlebell Training. Visit them in their studio at Bok in South Philly, with classes starting from 6am to 6:30pm.
