Feldenkrais helps you get out of pain or soreness by learning to move well. Most people have at least some chronic pain or soreness which is caused by movement patterns rather than a specific injury. We use novel movements that are fun and comfortable to help you learn to move comfortably without even having to think about it.
Lessons are for individuals or small groups so that we can tailor the session directly to you.
The Feldenkrais Method is a type of exercise therapy devised by Israeli Moshé Feldenkrais during the mid-20th century. The method is claimed to reorganize connections between the brain and body and so improve body movement and psychological state.
