Beth Dooley's Kitchen

Description

Featuring Kernza beer, a signature cocktail with local spirit (from heritage grain) and small plate offerings of local cheese, meats, fish, veggies. Held from 5:30 - 7:00 at winner's house. Beth will guide a conversation about how to eat-live regeneratively and showcase the work our universities, researchers, producers, farmers, chefs, NGOs, legislators, and consumers are doing to change our food system.

Pick up in Sandstone, MPLS/St.Paul or Duluth by arrangement.

Preferred MPLS/St.Paul pickup will be on November 5th from 2-5pm at The Urban Growler, 2325 Endicott St, St Paul, MN 55114. If unable to pick up at that time, alternate arrangements can be made.

Shipping is at expense of the winner.
