Description

Our cabin is located just east of Strawberry and the iconic Lovers Leap off hwy 50. It's a 20 minute drive up and over Echo Pass into South Lake Tahoe. It is a small cabin next to to the cascading S. Fork of the American River. Walk from cabin down to Lovers Leap or up on the Pony Express Trail towards Echo Pass. Lots of hiking within a short drive. Wrights Lake is 15 miles away. Amenities- Loft bedroom with double bed. Queen Futon couch in living room and Queen futon in the small loft landing do allow for more folks to sleep. Can also camp on the adjacent granite. Cabin sized for a couple or small family. Full kitchen with running hot water and filtered drinking water. Wood stove, picture windows. Outdoor shower. Outhouse with composting toilet and a great view! Cabin is nestled between a shady riparian zone and granite slabs with ancient junipers.
Short drive (1/4 mile) off hwy to cabin but road is rough. Can be done in a regular car though it takes some nerve. High clearance is best.

For just $5 we are happy to deliver auction item or items right to your door. This offer is good only in Sonoma County. We must have a street address not a PO Box. Winning bidders will receive instructions about how to arrange delivery in their winning bid confirmation email after the auction closes.

Wine or beer will be available for pick up (free) or delivery in Sonoma County (additional $10) as long as it is received by an adult over the age of 21.

If delivery or pick up are not arranged, the sale will be void in 30 days, the winner may treat their bid as a tax-deductible donation to SGN, and the item will be resold at a future auction.

Winning bidder for wine and beer must be 21+ years of age.

If your item is large or heavy, there may be additional shipping costs.
