Snehan is whole body oil application with specific medicated herbal oils to nourish and revitalize and detoxify the body tissues. Naturally harmonizing Body-Mind & Spirit, this is one of the most rejuvenating treatments of Ayurveda. Increases tissue strength, improves blood circulation, rejuvenates the whole body, beautifies the skin, delays aging, induces sound sleep, promotes vitality, helps to balance energies, reduces stress, reduces the effects of jet lag. **Note: For most clients this will be the first recommended treatment. However, if there is too much illness being experienced, another treatment, such as Marma Facial or Hasta/Padha Basti may be recommended to begin.

Suzie Newcome is a graduate of the Hale Pule Ayurvedic school with a 600-hr certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, 100 hours in clinical mentoring and another 75 hours from a course in India in Ayurvedic Treatments.

All items are to be picked up from the Namaspa Bend location, 1135 NW Galveston. We will be in contact after the auction with times available for pickup.

If an item needs to be shipped then the buyer will pay shipping & packaging costs PLUS a $10 service fee (per shipment, which could include several items, within reason). Please note: we are not Amazon or other businesses that ship products as their business. We are a small, local yoga studio. Packing and shipping your item is over and above our daily tasks and would be prohibitively expensive if we had the local Pack & Ship place do it (we checked). If you have a local friend who can pick up your item and ship it to you, that may be more cost effective for you.
