Ayurvedic health consultations start with the whole picture of your health (body, mind and spirit). Before the consultation, you’ll fill out a wellness questionnaire that will get you ready to talk with Suzie about where you have been in your state of health, where you are now and where you can go. Suzie will help you better understand your unique constitutional makeup and ways to uncover your true state of health. You’ll come away with recommendations on what and how to eat, daily routine, Ayurvedic herbs and treatments, aromatherapy, meditation, mantras, energetic healings, Yoga asana and so much more. This is a true holistic practice that can help you find greater balance in every aspect of your life. Consultations are designed to show you the light of Ayurveda so you can become your own healer and improve your health, no matter what is thrown in your path.

Suzie Newcome is a graduate of the Hale Pule Ayurvedic school with a 600-hr certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, 100 hours of clinical mentoring, and another 75 hours from a course in India in Ayurvedic Treatments.

All items are to be picked up from the Namaspa Bend location, 1135 NW Galveston. We will be in contact after the auction with times available for pickup.

If an item needs to be shipped then the buyer will pay shipping & packaging costs PLUS a $10 service fee (per shipment, which could include several items, within reason). Please note: we are not Amazon or other businesses that ship products as their business. We are a small, local yoga studio. Packing and shipping your item is over and above our daily tasks and would be prohibitively expensive if we had the local Pack & Ship place do it (we checked). If you have a local friend who can pick up your item and ship it to you, that may be more cost effective for you.
