Description

'Neon Lights' is a bushy, deciduous shrub with thorny stems bearing pinnate leaves divided into glossy, toothed, dark green leaflets and clusters of double, flowers from late spring into autumn.

All roses will be available for pick-up on February 18 from 9-11am at Mesa Community College Rose Garden.
If you are unable to make the pickup the roses will be held and cared for until you are available to get them.
