Dancing on the Green made its debut at Old York Cellars in Ringoes, New Jersey on October 9, 2023. Dancing on the Green connects the rural beauty of Hunterdon County with the professional artistry of The Roxey Ballet. Free and open to the public, this unique experience is designed to grow awareness of and engagement with the County’s green spaces, small businesses, and visual and performing artists.

Mark Schriber’s artistic journey with wine began at Old York Cellars in 2012 when he used the vineyard’s cabernet to capture the gorgeous foothills of the Sourland Mountains. Combining a love of art, fine wine, nature and architecture, Mark has created a body of work that transcends time. Since 2018, he’s paired his wine with watercolor pigment, matching it in color and opacity to prevent fading. He’s been featured on NBC, and has been invited to paint at corporate galas, museums, fundraisers, vineyards and hotels. 

The pieces in this auction were painted by Mark to commemorate the first Dancing on the Green. All proceeds will benefit the Roxey Ballet Company, Inc.
